INCOMING 6TH GRADERS:
Hello Future OPS Bulldogs!
OPS Incoming 6th Grade Orientation is this Thursday May 19th at 6pm. It will be virtual. The webinar link will open at 5:45. Presentation will begin at 6pm. We will have a day where students come on campus prior to our start date in July.

8th Grade end of the year activities

Dear Parents and Guardians,
8th grade end of the school year activities have been finalized. Please see the information below for dates and times of events:
● 8th Grade Field Trip - Newark Water Park - Friday, 6/3 - 8:30 to 3:00pm - $30 cash only donation - permission slip and behavior/academic guidelines required to attend
● 8th Grade Dance - OPS Quad - Wednesday, 6/1 - 6:00 to 8:00 pm - permission slip and behavior/academic guidelines required to attend
● 8th Grade Celebration - Thursday, 6/9 - 10:30am to 12:00 - celebration stations at OPS
Permission slips and cash donations are Due by Friday, May 20. Paperwork and cash only donations can be returned to the school office.
All students attending the dance must be at school for the entire school day on Wednesday, 6/1.
Please see the attached information on behavior/academic guidelines to attend the End of Year events. These guidelines must be met by the Friday prior to each event in order to attend.
Make dinner a selfless act by joining us for a fundraiser to support O'Hara Park Leadership/ASB. Come in to the Chipotle at 5401 Lone Tree Way Ste 100 in Brentwood on Wednesday, June 1st between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Bring in this flyer, show it on your smartphone or tell the cashier you’re supporting the cause to make sure that 33% of event sales subject to a $150 minimum will be donated to O'Hara Park Leadership ASB.

The FCC has launched the Affordable Connectivity Program
(ACP) which helps low-income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices; the $14.2 billion successor to the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program.
Eligible households to receive:
- Discounts up to $30 per month on internet service
- Discounts up to $75 per month on internet service if the household is on qualifying tribal lands
- A one-time discount up to $100 for a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers (with a co-payment of more than $10 and less than $50)
